Sam smještaj je bio sasvim korektan, lijepo i skladno uređen, ali jednostavno premale kvadrature u odnosu na plaćenu cijenu. Apartman ima pogled na cestu i uopće nema prozore. Ukoliko se sjedi na terasi, koja je ujedno i sam ulaz u apartman, nema privatnosti jer stalno netko prolazi te gleda u tanjur. Unutar apartmana pak nema nikakvog stolića niti se može sjesti osim na krevet koji je više neki kauč. Nema ni mjesta za staviti neki dodatni namještaj. Kupaonica je lijepa, jako prostrana i uredna. Domaćini su ljubazni i na raspolaganju za sve što treba. S obzirom da sad znam po kojoj cijeni inače iznajmljuju apartman, i ta cijena je korektna, smatram da se vi kao posrednik u iznajmljivanju prilično napucali cijenu uopće ne imajući na umu kvadraturu i lokaciju tako da moja zamjerka nije domaćinima nego vama kao portalu i posredniku.
