    Zajímavé místo na útesu těsně nad pláží. U vody jste do 2 minut a dá se jen tak vyběhnout v plavkách. Na výběr máte ze 4 pláží, které jsou ihned u domu. Není třeba hledat další, protože tyto pláže jsou skvělé. V lokalitě Mimice nenajdete žádné dětské atrakce, proto kdo hledá vyžití pro děti v podobě šlapadel, nafukovacích atrakcí atd.. musí popojet cca 12 minut autem na Brelu, nebo Baška voda. Stravování je možné v restauraci ihned u apartmánu, vyšší ceny a průměr v gastronomii. Na jídlo se nám líbilo jezdit spíše vedle do Brely. Co se týče samotného ubytování: jde o menší rekreační zařízení, uvnitř malého areálu je hned několik apartmánů, ale místa je zde dostatek. Jako mínus u našeho apartmánu vidím NEMOŽNOST grillovat, dovezl jsem si vlastní elektrický grill, ale pan domácí zakázal jeho používání na terase apartmánu ihned první dny s tím, že dole v zahradě je k dispozici grillovací &quot;altánek&quot; - jaksi již zapomenul na to, že tento grilovací altánek sám nepřetržitě okupuje, protože v tomto areálu bydlí společně s vámi. Takže avizovaný grill jako by nebyl, za našich 12 dnů zde, nebyl ani jednou použit jiným apartmánem, jelikož to prostě možné není. Jako celkové velké mínus vidím právě účast rodiny pana domácího, neustále ho vidíte, je furt v chodu jelikož sám bydlí v místnosti na kraji, kuchyň má zase v místnosti na druhé straně areálu atd..takže kdo hledá soukromí a klid, zde se zcela nedočká. Zajímavé je to, že defakto nevnímáte ostatní ubytované tolik jako domácího a jeho rodinu. Apartmán byl čistý a celkem dostatečně zařízený. Manželské postele jsou starší a místo roštů jsou umístěny kusy starých skříní ! :lol: Koupelna je zcela nová, ale s nefunkční pračkou. Problém byl i s parkováním 2 automobilů, kdy pan domácí po 2 dnech měl potřebu jedno auto za každou cenu narvat do garáže, což vyžadovalo demontáž rakve na střeše, nic zásadního však. Klimatizace zdarma bylo velkým potěšením. Večerní zábava byla opět limitována domácím, v okamžiku kdy děti lítají, nebo se více bavíte jste upozornění rodinou domácího a to i před 22 hodinou. Já místo doporučuji, ale je třeba brát na vědomí tyto negativa. Vadila nám celková odměřenost domácí rodiny, kazí to dojem, jelikož se v místě cítíte tak nějak navíc a nevítaně. Lepší se nám zdá přední apartmán u vchodu jelikož máte větší soukromí a to i přes to, že jste přímo u vchodu do areálku.

    Dear guest, the house owner would like to say that upon your arrival you were informed where a place for barbecue was, which is always available for guests to use. Barbecue on the terrace and other places on the property is dangerous and not allowed due to the possibility of fire. The house owners live on the same property, but in a house that is located 25 meters away and the guests are in a separate house with a separate entrance. They would like to point out that all guests have to respect the house rules which are specified by the tourist board, and they warned you about that. Also upon arrival, house owners asked if you need help managing the electronic devices in their apartment. They are sorry you did not ask them for help and information on how to use the washing machine (which was in order), but only informed them about it upon your departure. Regarding your remark about having to move your car, guests usually want to park their car in the garage so that it is not in the sun. House owner would also like to point out that after your departure they found few broken chairs, drawers and unclean apartment. We are sorry if you decided to give a bad review because the owner just wanted everyone to respect the house rules.

    We loved our stay at this apartment. It was spacious, clean and with a wonderful terrace and view. Our son also loved playing in the garden. The nearby beach was fantastic and perfect for children. The host was very acomodating and friendly. We would love to come back one day and we definitely recomend staying here!
