Dear guest, we are sorry to hear your stay didn't meet your expectations. Our customer service was involved with you case, and besides the house owner's opinion, we know from talking to you your behavior was out of every polite conversation. The house owner has reported broken wall sockets, bathroom flood, and even that the apartment key was thrown on the house roof. With all being said, we hope other guests will be able to objectively judge the quality of this apartment based, not just on this review, but all other reviews too.
