    Die Lage ist gut, ruhig und abseits der Hauptstraße. Povile ist ein Vorort von Novi Vinodolski. Hier gibt es 3 Restaurants und einen kleinen Minimarkt für das Nötigste. Schöner Hof mit schattiger Laube und Schaukel für Kinder. Das Haus ist größtenteils renoviert und schön eingerichtet. In der oberen Wohnung müsste das Bad noch renoviert werden. Die Vermieterin haben wir nur zur Schlüsselübergabe am Anreisetag kurz gesehen. Für zwei Familien mit Kinder ist das Haus zu empfehlen. Zwei getrennte Wohnungen mit separatem Eingang in einem Haus.:hihi:
