The flat was very good with everything you could ask for (AC, mosquito nets, sunblinds). Everything was clean, except for the bed shelfs and lamps on it (could use a bit dust cleaning). The woman was very nice, helpful and patient. We haven't been to the beach, so it's a neutral 3. The place of the flat itself is currently surrounded by a building site for new houses. We had an incredible time at the studio , with parking under a roof right next to the apartment, a well-equipped apartment with all the kitchen tools needed to cook lunch and take it down to the beach. The beach was just a few steps away from the apartment, plenty of space on the beach, and there were ladders everywhere, making it easy to get into the water. Our host was amazing, and at check-out, we received a small gift with homemade spirits. There were 4-5 restaurants in the village, as well as 2 grocery stores with a wide range of foods. Lovely spacious apartment in a gorgeous town - Pirovac is beautiful and very family friendly. We were actually there for a music festival, we could walk to club Barbarella which was great (and we were very quiet as it is a family venue). Lovely huge balcony and facilities. Host was easily contactable and helped with everything. My only small comment would be, usually I would expect staples such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt and shower gel/soap for shower.
