    The apartment is old and not maintained. The extra bed had a broken base. The electrical outlets dangerously stick out of the wall and are not secured. The furniture and equipment are worn out, and the apartment needs renovation. On top of that, there are ants everywhere. The agency also advertises private parking, which does not exist. There is only street parking available, if you are lucky enough to find a free spot. As a warning, there is a large house below the apartment that is also rented out, and if you encounter inconsiderate guests, it can get very noisy.

    Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We always strive to provide our guests with a pleasant and comfortable experience, and we regret that this was not the case for you. We would like to clarify a few points mentioned in your review. The apartment is regularly maintained, and we have not received similar complaints from other guests in this, or past seasons. If you experienced issues with ants, we wish you had informed your hosts, or agency during your stay. The hosts would have resolved the matter immediately. Regarding parking, there is space available in front of the house, but it wasn't suitable for your vehicle, since it was a very large one. As a solution the hosts have suggested a public parking located 20 meters away from the property. As for the noise, the neighboring house is sometimes rented out as well. While we understand that this can cause occasional disturbance, the hosts unfortunately cannot control the behavior of other guests staying in separate properties. We regret that you did not fully enjoy your stay, despite host's efforts to make you feel welcome, including offering small tokens of hospitality with local specialties. We're sorry that despite all this you decided to write a bad review.
