We had a simply perfect vacation at this accommodation in Croatia! From the moment we arrived, everything was impeccable - the rooms are clean, spacious. The private beach is a real treasure: quiet, tidy, with crystal clear water, and just a few steps from the accommodation. The kitchen is huge and fully equipped, so even a larger family or group of friends could cook comfortably in it. The view is simply breathtaking - it was a pleasure to have coffee on the terrace every morning and admire the sea. The owners were extremely kind and helpful, they responded to all our requests immediately. There was also a gift waiting for us upon arrival, which we drank. Beautiful, small (mostly) tourist village in close proximity to an uncrowded beach. The terrace offers a stunning view of the cozy Basina Bay. The host is incredibly friendly and very helpful. The climate is fantastic-we didn’t even need to turn on the air conditioning, even at the height of summer. Lovely pine trees, lavender, and other herbs and flowers grow around and on the property, enhancing the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Lovely piece of paradise we would like to return to one day. Access to the village of Basina can be challenging-expect narrow and difficult roads. There are no shops in the village, so you'll need to travel to nearby Vrboska (about a half-hour walk from Basina). Of course, this isn’t something the host can change-it’s really a matter of local infrastructure that could use some improvement.
